Mostly I just never found it an enjoyable game, regardless of balance, although I did hear it has serious balance issues but I can't comment on that.

i never found dota unbalanced, just some heroes were seriously un-noob friendly. some were definately reserved for experts if you wanted to use them properly

DOTA2 so far is just a DoTA reskin... which if true, means it will be horribly unbalanced.

I watched a little, but the game was lagging like crazy with pauses every few minutes, so I kinda gave up (but it did confirm my suspicions it looks identical to HoN/DotA
)
