I have been trying to give up since Xmas with varied success and have been very snappy lately please ignore me

keep it up gorilla don't let that nasty habit win. giving up was the second biggest mistake of my life......i now hate the world( i did this anyways but now with a real passion!), i've expanded a trouser size around my waist and i have become a raging beer monkey( i was before but now do it like a monkey posessed!), but i havent touched any baccy since may last year. if i can do it any shlepp can.... besides Mr G is my bruv so i'm used to profesional miserable snappy sods... on a serious note the best advice i can give you is to learn to hate the baccy...for whatever reason you like.. cost, smell, tastebuds....whatever. good luck dude - you can be as snappy as you like with me. Trying to give not doing very well though. Never smoked at home or weekends or even when i was on the beer but, now i've stopped smoking at work i want one all the time

Ok thanks for askin m8, dont think i'll ever be smoke free coz i love to have a coffee and a fag now and then. But am very lucky coz i can go for weeks without them

On the same boat as you gorilla, been trying ever since last summer, even including a successful 2 week period of not shaking my legs like a nervous drummer does but the old habits like enjoying a smoke after fooding simply won't go away. Best advice: dont start in the first place.  |

i know your pain G0R1LL3R im in the process of stopping, havent had one since last friday, so far so good but my god my leg wont stop twitching, and i cant even spend hour after hour playing games on my pc at the moment due to my PC chair giving me a bad back |

Drove my folks to the airport the other week , feck man i really missed smoking and driving just was nt the same. The things i loved went so well with a fag, and now its cut by half  |
