Dead Island
Undead2k
Surprised there isn't already a thread about it.

Looks to me like a borderlands mixed with left 4 dead zombie setting. Wish I had more time as this looks like it could be fun with others. Looks boring on your own though.

dont wait for the 9th, just unlock via usavpn and then use the .exe to launch from the game dir

http://usaip.eu/e...ee_vpn.php

userGrinemo

last for 7 mins which should be enough time if not just relaunch it and carry until done.

port forwarding so far used 3074 tcp/udp which at least show lobby's and joined one game though not had anyone join in as host.

Mr G
there has been a patch and some things are still screwed so i wouldn't hurry as I am sure they are burning keyboards to fix the problems they have, so the fix might be in by the 9th

*sigh*

a few things worth doing is editing the graphic config to get a little more or less depending on your system

you can find the config in your documents folder :

C:\Users\Mr G\Documents\DeadIsland\out\Settings

they have been .scr, so you will need to launch notepad and make sure all document types is selected first.

main things to change are vsync the game tears really badly with out it , i would make in-game changes first and see how they run on your system before editing this file.

add VSync() to the bottom section of the config , the top section is a guide to what you can change and options, FSAA(0) to FSAA(4) or FSAA(8) or higher depends how it runs on your system.

make sure you backup your original , you will also have to make the file read-only to protect your changes. Make another backup of your custom file as when DI updates it overwrites this file and will save you trying to remember all your custom settings.

I thought the big patch this weekend should make the game more PC so should be able to set graphics normally.
