Hey guys, with the release of the new BC2 mappack me and the dl* guys have been playing a fair bit more BadCompany2 recently, anyone else still play it at all? Also, Vietnam expansion is out on the 18th of December! Vietnam: YouTube Video Flamethrowers: YouTube Video Plus, tuc-tucs!

Fantastic. Little borked on the scoring though. I had "Kill" messages ranging to about 8 kills and it said in the table I only had 3. HP are much lower it seems; a bit like hardcore mode. Sometimes hard to spot the enemy because of all the green. RPG - has no lock on and it seems to have a harsh drop off. Helis rape, but gunfire and tank guns rape them back. Just played for a couple of hours, I've not seen any scoring problems. Anyway, this is fucking amazing. Epic. Looks incredible too. Confirms BC2 as easily the best MP shooter of the year. But I'm sure we all already knew that. |

Tis pretty epic, not noticed any problems with teh RPG as long as you allow for drop. Apparently the choppers are a bit harder to fly then in regular BF2, but they certainly do die pretty easily! Taken 2 out with tank shells and infantry guns really do pretty good damage to them! Only thing that needs balancing a bit is the boats, they can just destroy anything in view of the shoreline and can take relatively high amounts of damage considering how squishy the choppers are. Oh and FLAMETHROWERS ARE FUCKING AWESOME. |

I suppose I would say that the conquest maps are too funneled. I have not really seen a close game yet, it has all been one sided with the winner ALWAYS pushing the losers back to their spawn. IN one of the maps the opposers have to cross a river first! They do seem to be more like Rush maps that have had conquest slapped on without much consideration for balance. The best conquest map has to be the one where the 3 points are in a triangle in a big wetlands/village type setting, both sides get a chopper each and a couple tanks, can't remmeber its name. |

Sadly they're designed for rush, not conquest, and when you play conquest on them, they just phail really bad with open areas that mean who gets forward first, wins. By the way, PC are winning the assist wars so far! http://www.battlefieldbadcompany2.com...orhastings |
