if your running the media centre in windows 7 you may wish to have a look at this plugin

It adds the UK's (and usa's if you can be nbothered) on demand internet channels such as iplayer to the media centre, its not as fluid as it could be yet and it sucks that if you install the us setup, as well as the uk, you have to find a us proxy to view the content, I'm sure some of the uk content will be geo ip restricted too! for best results I found down loading the content before playing gave the best quality results

Also the sky player has been enabled within the windows 7 media centre so if you can be arsed or afford to payout £15 a month upwards you can get sky content with the media center by signing up here http://skyplayer.sky.com/vod/page/def...lt/home.do (if your already a sky customer i think this is free!)
