Its so much more dynamic than MW2. Though my only problem with battlefield in general is you spend most of the time running to your target, only to get shot and have to repeat. :X Still looks awesome though. |

Especially if the maps are huge, Empires has great gameplay, but running to a place for a minute then having an 8-sec firefight only to die is quite tiresome. I think you're right, being able to spawn next to team mates will alleviate some of the marathons. That game was "rush", 12v12, it would be nice if you could get a nice large Team death match with large amounts of players to fill the large maps. Hop in a Humvie or tank and you soon eat up the distances. Plus the spawning on Squad leaders has been part of the game for ages! (although it may have been missed out on BC1?) |

Lol, this is very true Tom, guess I was a bit spoiled as when I played BF2, we had our own server (The 58th) so people being retards or dicks found themselves banned quickly. It helped to encourage good teamplay! With jeeps and such it always pays to get an extra guy in with you, and in choppers you want at least 1 other person if its an attack choppa, 2/3 in a transport (nothing could beat a good blackhawk run |

As mentioned above, spawning is not an issue if you play in a squad. If you want to just go play lone wolf sniper and sit on a hill on your own then fine, but don't complain when you die and have no squad to spawn on Also as Andy said playing on decent well adminned servers means you don't have to deal with idiots tking for vehicles. Anyone going to try for the beta? |

But it was an effective anti-tank tactic to load a jeep with c4, then ram it into them (or if you're good, mount an AT mine on the front, but careful it doesnt fall off) The better way to do it was run the jeep at them, then jump out the last sec, hit the ground and blow the C4. |

Having the screen go entirely black for a moment when you switch to the scope of a sniper rifle would drive me totally insane  I guess it looks fairly pretty.. but meh I'm not really blown away at this point
