If it has to be AMD!? Why not socket AM3 and DDR3 320 gb SSD? did you mean 320gb HDD? Instead of the 4870x2 why not go for the shiny new 5870 http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/grap...b-review/1 as much performance, less crossfire driver issues and cheaper Helpful info here http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/grap...rs-guide/1 if only i had something funny or clever to put here........

ssd 120 gb i ment its band new solidstate drive alot and alot i mean alot faster than hdd i also have a 320 gb hdd, mobo supports am3 sockets as the procesor is phemon II x4 (am3) but why ddr3 ram, its just so much more expensive for that litlle difference o and i ment to say 4870 1gb not x2 version ( too expensive for now ) |

Ah ok makes good sense now m8. But do you really need the SSD that's a lot of your budget for faster boot and game load times. I'm not saying SSD are not good, but compared to the specs of other kit i think you would be able to see the difference from better graffix card, and/or faster Mobo and CPU. Maybe get SSD later. Just my 2 pence worth if only i had something funny or clever to put here........

You're obviously a AMD fanboy, so good for you. you may be able to keep up with the Core2s untill overclocking is added to the comparison. Anyhoo MSI make really good AM3 mobo's; MSI 790GX-G65, MSI 790FX-GD70. Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P As for case's the Antec 300 is a really good low cost gaming case, i have one coming for my sons PC Edited by gori11a on 17-10-2009 10:58 if only i had something funny or clever to put here........
