Been getting a ping of over 100 with Be* on random nights since October. Some nights it's even worse, such as tonight it's over 400. Looked on the Be* forums and there's loads of poeple having the same problem and Be* just don't seem to give a fuck. They even seem to think there's no problem at all.

So, any recommendations? I've been looking at PlusNet Pro, but according to some review sites they've declined in quality in the past year or so. I've also heard some positive things about Zen, but I don't really know anything think about them.

Zen are cool. I'm with an Entanet reseller - consistently good pings.

There are a few resellers, all with the same price structures. Mine is Vivaciti.
