Nope, but I played Mickey Mania on the SNES if that counts?

Hungover Engie
Sure it counts, don't think I've tried it though.

Mickeys quest? The Game where you get to dress up as a fireman or a sultan? This game was fuckin hard, I cried when I failed 12 times in a row to beat the huge ass demon snake which was attacking you from the trees. This was so awesome.

Vortex - Snes
Really fun game, but for most of my childhood I never made it past the second level. The whole game was so difficult, you could damage yourself just by walking into a wall. The bosses were as difficult as hell, everytime I tried to line myself up for a clear shot at it, it would just bombard me with laser fire or with targeted missiles which were impossible to avoid. Only completed the game after discovering an unlimited health cheat Smile Had an awesome soundtrack as well.

Had the same issue with the first Sonic game. Never got past the second stage, so I got bored and took a very long pause... then bam! All Chaos crystals and i kicked dr. Robotnic's lardy arse!

Guess who still has that game you fuck Wink
And yes, I also beat it, holy fuck that huge ass bird attacking from the background made me shit bricks

Hungover Engie
Aw shit you lucky bastard, Cake! That's a vital piece of my childhood!

I've heard rumours that it isn't too difficult to get hold of really old consoles and their games in germany.
Tell me now. Did your creepy nation manage to do something right?

Never really heard of that rumor. We did lots of things right in the past, maybe this too. You gotta look around on flea markets, you find lots of old things there, but not really what you are looking for.
I did right by keeping the SNES with me with all/most of the games, some of them I have borrowed to cousins or friends and such. What really was bad is that my dad threw away my NES, oh god, I was so fuckin mad. I WANT MY FUCKING MARIO VS LUIGI BATTLE BACK AND I WANT TO PLAY MOTHERFUCKING KIRBY AND FIGHT KING DEDEDE AND ALL THIS SHIT AGAIN. And I wanted to show my kids how I used to spend my whole days. They are going to be like "Wtf, 2D? and 16bit colorsystem? Dad, don't be a faget."

..I want to have some kids ;(
