Logitech G15/ Z-10 Speakers LCD

I bought some new speakers for the pooter coz although the 2.1 set up i had was very good quality ( the old version of these) http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpro...=SP-000-AE they took up too much space which is something i dont have. Also as the front panel audio on my case doesn't really work i have to keep reaching under the desk when i want headphones on.

In the end i went for Logitech Z-10s http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/spe...2&cl=gb,en they have the same LCD as the G15 keyboard so all the apps for the G15 work on the speakers which i think is pretty coolSmile
I currently have all the info from Everest Ultimate sent to the display including temps, voltages, usage and clock speeds. Maybe a bit geeky but i like it. Also email, time and date etc..

You can get other apps like one for Teamspeak. Vent and Everest has support built in

*Edit* Riva Tuner can be used for monitoring just check "Enable background monitoring" and right click each graph/set up/ and tick "show in on-screen display"

Sound quality is good and they give a big sound, mabye a bit to much bass, that could be coz i have them in corners

Cheers for this gorilla, I got the Z-10's last year, beltin sound, but never used the apps, might look into it the ts app, didnt know the g15 stuff worked with em. I have to use headphones cause im in the living room and cause they are also usb, the drivers clash, so have to unplug the one or the other Sad.

im too used to headsets to even consider speakers. Sounds are just so much better with a nice set. especially games that have some stereo sounds

I'm surprised the drivers clash i thought the USB bit was just for the LCD

yes Cpt Obvious i cant play tf2 without headphones but for music and surfin you need speakers.
