Nothing made me rage more than Mario Kart Wii, because Mario Kart became a total kids game in my eyes, because it is friggin easy. Mario Kart 64 / SNES (which I still have here with me) is prolly one of the best race games I've ever played, since it required some kind of skill, my mentally disabled cousin in Cali plays Mario Kart Wii online and he totally beats everyone X). But Retromaps are always cool, especially the Skyscraper Battle thing X). Edited by Rofl teh cake on 29-08-2008 10:25 |

Yargh, good old days, when I didn't hafta worry about so many things, like school, women, masturbation, physique and stuff....anybody cares for some Super Mario Allstars or Donkey Kong? I remember being always scared of Bowser when my bro was fighting him, I got all nervous and started hopping around like on LSD. Good old days, good old days... X) |

Quote sick-lizard wrote: never got into mario kart loveed micro machines on the SNES FTW! I used to play that all the time only on the megadrive. I hated the treehouse track though, I kept falling off Ahh Mario Allstars, game of my childhood. Along with Yoshi's island. Gotta love Nintendo Did anyone play cool spot on the SNES? That was an awesome game but no-one I've met has heard of it lol Edited by Mike on 29-08-2008 12:50 |

I remember cool spot it had great animation style graphics quite different from other games at the time. Completely unrelated subject. But check out how unlucky I was on the server tuesday. Think I got killed by some one halfway across the map on gold rush or was it just some one nearer and he got the death pic? I never had that before or I been too to notice. It poor quality but you can see what happened. YouTube Video Doh dont know how you get that embedding thing to work Edit by sick: you only need the string from the end of the youtube url then you highlight the string & select the bbcode Edited by sick-lizard on 29-08-2008 13:53 |

I didn't by it because I heard the game was heavily luck based and would punish whoever had the lead now, goldeneye 64 for the wii with multiplayer, that would rock |

Tbh, mariokart 64 was very stratagy and skill based, with some luck involved. MKWii on the otherhand... well, its all a bit poo, not played it online yet, but i hear that basicly, everyone snakes, and nothing you can do about it, as they just zig zag the entire track with constant speedboost. Which is all a bit ghey i recon. Race properly god damn it, power sliding on corners is fine, but a straight? fuck off. |

Mario kart Wii is okay but you cant take it seriously anymore. Shame about the restricted online modes. Mind you that goes for all Wii games at the moment which sucks epicly. You might as well be vsing the AI to be honest, you will probably get more love from them Oh and it sucks that you can do GP mode with a friend like the good old days of the SNES x_X Isnt Goldeneye 64 coming out on the X360? I recall there being a big stink up about it, what with Rare with Microsoft now and all. Meh. What would be good is F-Zero on the wii. The gamecube version was so much fun so a Wii version would hopefully be even better. Only thing I didnt like about the GCN version was thethe lack of CPU racers in multiplayer. 40 CPU players in singleplayer but none in multiplayer. I just hope they wait for the Voice Chat device to come out first before doing any more online games. :3 |
