A required update for Team Fortress 2 has been released. Please run hldsupdatetool to receive it. The specific changes include: - Reduced Medic's unlockable requirements to match that of the Pyro's. Medic players now meeting the requirements will receive their unlockables shortly after joining a server - Fixed Spy sapper viewmodel animation popping - Fixed another issue with the Hot on your Heels achievement - Incorporated the new Russian fonts into the base Team Fortress 2 fonts. Fixes the missing fonts problem when running in Russian with English VO |

i was saying last night how stupid it was that the medic had to complete all achievements to unlock all the weapons yet the pyro only has to get 22. had pretty much given up, i have 26 achievements and finding it near on impossible to get the rest (without cheating) so quite happy with this news  |

Gah! While this is pretty damn awesome, I'm gonna be pretty pissed if valve don't release an update to reset all stats soon enough  |

I renege  it is more fun to get the achievements legit than to grind them. I wanna reset my stats and achievements so I can do them ALL old-skool style, but the thing is: I wouldn't dream of playing a clan match w/o the blutsaugher and the uber-saw sorta a catch 22 |

reset stats was removed by valve a while back, though they hinted it might be back soon. There was a console way but belive that was pluged also. |
