Can't belive that call is still doing the rounds(surprised BT Training aren't using it lol).. I had to take over a call once where the operator had lost it & asked the caller if he had taken his pills yet.. The first thing the caller asked me was had I taken my pills yet..my reply was that you have to doing this job! At least you haven't had to leave your desk at 8am cause some numpty was having a blonde moment & kept turning off there monitor rather than hitting the PC off button!
