GP sounds like he may end up being a lil OP now, given that I felt he was pretty good already and these are some sizeable buffs. Which is ok, he's quite fun to play  Totally agree with the hilarity of the eve nerfs Morello basically said that they decided to intentionally cripple her until they finish up totally redoing the stealth system

Quote Unfortunately we won’t have our account transfer service functionality complete until well after the split has occurred. We’ve been working on this feature for some time now, but with recent server stability issues, we decided it would be better to split EU as soon as it was possible, which is ultimately the reason why the Account Transfer feature won’t be available immediately following the split. Yea I expected more nerfs too, jungle gangplank has been either banned or first pick in basically every ranked game I've played, and in pretty much all the ones he's been picked he's proven his worth (the cases where he didn't he still did okay but the player clearly didn't know how to play him very well).
