In that after you get kicked for it you'll be able to play as scout somewhere else? Ci players are recognised by steam ids not names iirc. Not sure if scouts will need a cap it's not an easy class to play really well. |

That's the problem, instead of one or two good scouts you'll have five running around getting massacred while accomplishing nothing. |
