Yeah been watching Brink for a while ill be definately getting it ill preorder but its not out till spring 2011 so will pre order nearer the time.

I've been following this and Rage from a distance sort of. I haven't really dug myself into the trailers and articles on the web about it, but the swedish PC Gamer magazine keeps reporting quite alot about them. I am more interested in Rage though, as I am a true FPS gamer :3  |

The one thing that scares me about both Rage and Brink is that both games are coming to consoles. I feel that PC games suffer a lot due to the dumbed down consoles but we shall see. |

After seeing the GT video review I am pretty sure this is not the next level, like Team Fortress 2 and Day of Defeat Source were for me. I'll just have to wait for the first real MMOFPS.  |

Yes, because GT have proven to be a very reliable review site over the years. Apparently most (if not all) copies that review sites got were buggy, unpatched builds of the game, they also seem to be based off the 360 versions. I'm leaving it until the last minute to decide if I'm going to get it. I'm keeping an eye on the Steam/Splash Damage forums to hear what people say about it. (I suppose that's one benefit of the yanks getting it first.) Some people have said that it's quite good but apparently there's some technical issues that people are marking the game down for, so we'll see how the devs support the game until friday. |
