According to shacknews it actually goes LIVE next tuesday, instead of the normal live on friday/free weekend thing they've been doing. Perhaps to stop hundreds of new players joining servers full of maniacs with machine guns? I SEE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT Also, steel is an awesome map, and the new gamemode has me interested. Perhaps hunted? There is a custom version of hunted available now, played it a couple of nights ago. One team is all spies or snipers, the other team is heavies/soldiers/medics and one engineer who you've gotta take to the end of the level. |

Looks good, where did you hear about the new gamemode naughtyme? can't see that on the site. Tuesday has steam servers going wild with downloads, wednesday, thursday for usual players to get bored of heavy, weekend for randomers I reckon. I'm stumped now, trying to think of another cp map i've played, has several large red wooden buildings with the capture points in and tunnels but is mostly open and a compelte sniper domination map. |
