nVidia drivers (with a new feature ;) )
nicolastheadept
The latest GeForce drivers are out. If you're on vista 32 bit then there's a special new feature: 3d. You can play games with either a special screen, or using red/blue glasses. And btw TF2 is supported Smile

(Unfortunatly I'm on Vista x64 Sad )

http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index....lang=en-us for the main gfx card drivers. Towards the bottom of http://www.nvidia.com/object/3d_stere...tereo.html for the stereo 3d drivers. Turns out they work in 32bit as well Smile You probably need driver signing disabled.

I tried it out in TF2 this morning, if you're using anaglyph (red/blue glasses) then its a bit awkward telling the teams apart Sad
I wish I had one of those special 3d monitors Cool

Just a monitor and an nvidia graphics card that supports the drivers with 3d support.
And the glasses.

cool ty, mr breckles
i know some of u guys are from Bristol, u know of any shops that might sell these glasses?

Tinger
spykids 3d dvd has 3 or 4 pairs in its box

mrbreckles
You can get em off ebay.
In certain dvd's (as Tinger has mentioned one of them)
Imgonna look into where else you can get em and ill post it on here.

Oh, and you dont have to have vista.
If you have a 7 series geforce you can download the legacy drivers (located on the same page as the vista drivers) which will work with XP.

Apparently the new drivers are reducing the FPS (for some people at least, I haven't read the full article...)

Does the fact that the second has 4AA enabled not cause it?

Nah, I think they mean the orange column has 4xAA, so you can compare the drivers with and without AA.
