Back up on a bycicle lane for about 75 yards to get a good parking spot. Just had it happen in the street and the driver hit a person riding one of those sportsbycicles. The cyclist went straight through the rearwindow and has quite a serious headinjury. The front tire of the bike is now somewhat looking like a square and the car has a nice dent on the rearbumper aswell. A women was driving by the way. It can't have been the bikes fault. Firstly it is forbidden to drive/park/stand still on a special bycicle lane and secondly you cannot drive backwards into a one-way street.

Her in doors puts about 80% avg male drivers to shame. Typical All the gear and no idea!! Its a crime how some people drive some cars. But then most car drivers have nt got a fecking clue any how... Women get cheaper car insurance because their are boy racers... Statistically, with thesre racers crahing into each other in country lanes every 2 hrs women are obviously going to have a lower crash percentage. Women also driva alot less then men and if ur not driving u cant be crashing. It has nothing to do with skill, it has been proved many times that men have better peripheral awerness, and spacial reasoning (required for overtaking and judging distances duh). Theres a reason theres no women race drivers, and it has nothing to with sexism in the sport. Leeroy grow up it was obviously a joke and u think ur getting some sort of browne points for defending women? If u cant c that the previous (made by others, mine are sincere ) comments were meant in jest i think ur in trouble.Back to the bike, its obvious the bike failed to control ots vehicle, one of the number 1 rules of the road. Even if ur in the right and the other person is retarded u cant just go crashing into people. Someone reversing thw wrong way up a road, is going to be slow, unless the bike was doing a ridiculus speed he probaly should have cn her and either avoided or stopped. So clearly the bike was going too fast, what if a kid had chased a puppy into the bicycle lane ? Im just saying through logic and the use of the fundamental rules of the road, they were both @ fault but the bike should have been in control enough to stop. |
