MS3.0 ordered an MX518 though, used to have one which died, apparently they dont die anymore though

MX518 was dubbed the best competing against the state of the art Razr and Logitech mice. Used to have one aswell but switched to the G5. I swear by Logitech!

I've got the following Logitech stuff (currently in use): G15 Keyboard - version 2 G5 corded lasermouse X-530 5.1 Speakerset Logitech Precision Gaming Headset - this one is ok, very shitty build quality. It's nearly broken and it's already my second pair Logitech Dialog-320 desktop microphone - replacement for the headset, going to purchase a decent pair of a headphones soon Logitech Quickcam webcam, or something like that - don't use it really Besides the headset I never had any logitech product fail on me. logitech stuff in use bluetooth headphones for my pda   harmony controll  and Geee5 (like sick said ) would buy everything again excellent hardware |

My g5 only has one button on the side   And its a little bit to far forward for me (But I do have a little bit of the end of my thumb missing) I got it when they first came out. Might try a mouse with a slightly lower profile next time as I find it a bit high. It is a pain that you cant testdrive mice before you buy them (where I live anyway) Oh and I also find the g5 a little too heavy even without the cartridge in. Edited by Tinger on 12-03-2008 15:41 |

I'm still using an mx510, love it to death. Really gutted that they don't make them any more, I know that the G5 and mx518 are practically the same physical shape, but it just ain't the same. Gonna have to be a G5 when (god forbid) this one breaks though I think. |

Are the setpoint drivers better now coz that's why i stopped using the mx518 Use a Deathadder now, all ways found the mx518 very twitchy Edited by gori11a on 12-03-2008 16:44 if only i had something funny or clever to put here........
