Seen it twice done on the server , but a quick !slap gave me the giggles and they soon left  But aye tis fixed by all accounts , though with valve it might make a come back |

You can also get up there with a bit a combination of buildings, teles and jumps. I think it's a dispenser on the ramp, which allows you to put a tele on the small balcony above the front door, then from there the same dispenser-jump-tele manoeuvre to get onto the roof. But I haven't managed to pull it off yet, keep getting shot mid-way through. |
